Financial Health Notes
Alta Cal Tech Services, Inc. currently holds $100,000 in cash and has no liabilities. However, the company has not yet begun its own operations, and its financial statements for the past three years (2021-2023) show no sales or expenses. The company's tax returns are consolidated with its parent company, Hilmar Sire Service, Inc. This indicates that Alta Cal Tech Services, Inc. currently functions more as an entity holding capital rather than an active, revenue-generating business itself. The auditors did not express a going concern qualification for Alta Cal Tech Services, Inc.

Staffing Notes
An Alta Cal Tech Services franchise requires a Designated Manager. If the franchisee is an individual, they will serve as the Designated Manager. If the franchisee is a business entity, a majority owner must be designated as the manager, who will be principally responsible for communicating with the franchisor and overseeing daily operations. This Designated Manager must meet specific educational, experience, and financial criteria, and is required to complete the Initial Training and Certification Program, unless their prior experience and skills are mutually agreed to make training unnecessary. Franchisees are also responsible for providing physical proof that their Designated Manager has Workers' Compensation coverage. Franchisees may appoint or hire other certified subordinates to perform Authorized Services, but these individuals must also receive prior written approval from the franchisor and successfully complete the Initial Training and Certification Program. They must demonstrate satisfactory skills and knowledge in reproductive physiology, semen handling, and artificial insemination practices. The franchisee is responsible for training all employees to the franchisor's satisfaction and maintaining the number of trained employees deemed necessary by the franchisor to adequately operate the business.
