All States M.E.D. franchisees have the right to renew their franchise for additional ten-year terms. To qualify for renewal, All States M.E.D. franchisees must have fully complied with all material provisions of their Franchise Agreement throughout the entire term. They must also make necessary capital expenditures to ensure uniformity with the All States M.E.D. System's then-current standards and specifications. All monetary obligations to the franchisor or its affiliates must be satisfied, and the franchisee must not be in default of any agreement. Franchisees are required to provide written notice of their intent to renew between nine and twelve months before the current agreement ends. They must sign the franchisor's then-current form of franchise agreement, which may have different terms and conditions, and comply with current qualifications and training requirements. All States M.E.D. provides franchisees with extensive support both before and after opening. Before opening, All States M.E.D. offers an initial training program for the franchisee and two managers, along with general opening assistance and guidance. All States M.E.D. franchisees must spend a minimum on local advertising (the greater of 2% of Gross Revenues or $1,000 per month) and $3,000-$10,000 on grand opening advertising, following franchisor guidelines. All States M.E.D. approves franchisee-created advertising materials and retains sole control over internet marketing, although franchisees may be requested to provide content. Franchisees must use designated computer hardware and software, and All States M.E.D. has independent access to their computer systems and video surveillance. For site selection, All States M.E.D. provides criteria and must approve the franchisee's chosen location and lease.

Staffing Notes
An All States M.E.D. franchise must always be supervised daily by either the franchisee or an approved Designated Manager.
