To renew the franchise agreement, A-1 Concrete Leveling franchisees must be in full compliance with their current agreement and all other agreements with the franchisor. They must also have substantially complied with all obligations throughout prior terms. Upon renewal, franchisees are required to sign A-1 Concrete Leveling's then-current standard franchise agreement, which may contain different terms, along with any other agreements or documents the franchisor requires at that time. Franchisees, and all required parties associated with them, must execute and return these documents within 30 days of receipt, otherwise, their option to renew will terminate.

Territory Size Requirements
A-1 Concrete Leveling designates a Protected Territory for each franchisee, which is required to have a minimum population of 250,000 people, based on U.S. Census Bureau statistics. The franchisor will not establish or operate, nor franchise any other entity to operate, a competing A-1 Concrete Leveling business within this Protected Territory. However, the continuation of these protected territorial rights is conditional upon the franchisee achieving a minimum sales volume of $300,000 per year, starting from their second full year of operations. Outside of this designated Protected Territory, the franchise operates on a non-exclusive basis.
Staffing Notes
A-1 Concrete Leveling requires that franchisees work in and personally supervise their business. Before opening, the franchisee and at least one full-time manager must complete the pre-opening training program. Throughout the franchise term, franchisees must always employ at least one person, either the owner or a manager, on a full-time basis, who has successfully completed the franchisor's training program. Any personnel hired by the franchisee must sign a non-compete agreement provided by A-1 Concrete Leveling, and managers are not required to have an ownership interest in the franchisee's entity. Franchisees and their managers are also prohibited from having any interest or business relationship with A-1 Concrete Leveling's competitors and must sign confidentiality agreements.
