Financial Health Notes
360clean has consistently operated with negative working capital, indicating that its current liabilities exceed its current assets for the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024. The company also has a significant, non-interest-bearing loan to a stockholder, which is repayable on demand. This substantial loan, alongside the negative working capital, suggests potential liquidity challenges for 360clean. Additionally, prior period adjustments were made to restate financial statements due to unrecorded franchise fees and reclassified distributions.
Financing Details
360clean offers direct financing for a portion of the Sales Commission, which is a fee paid when franchisees accept new client accounts referred by 360clean. Franchisees can finance up to 100% of the Sales Commission over a period of up to six months, with an annual interest rate of 15%. Monthly payments vary based on the financed amount. This financing requires a personal guarantee from partners or shareholders. If a franchisee defaults, 360clean can charge late penalties, accelerate the total amount due, and seek additional fees. Payments for this financing are typically deducted from the monthly payments 360clean sends to the franchisee. 360clean does not provide other types of financing or refer franchisees to third-party lenders.

Franchisees are solely responsible for all aspects of employee management, including hiring, firing, training, scheduling, and discipline.
